Yes, I have read and agree to the booking terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 for smaller pieces and $200 for larger pieces will be required to secure an appointment.
• A typical appointment will be between 5-8 hours for larger pieces.
• Some projects may take multiple sessions.
• My rates are detailed on my FAQ page.
• I do not accept booking requests for cover ups.
• Returning clients can book an appointment at any time without waiting for my books to open.
• After you have submitted this form, my team will reach out to schedule a consultation and/or tattoo appointment. Please allow up to two weeks for a response.
